A. We know how important it is to have ready access to the nutrition you rely on for your little one. That's why we're proud to offer a same-day dispatch promise. Below are the terms and conditions.
1. Order cut-off time
Orders must be successfully received and processed within our warehouse management system by 12:00 PM (midday) on a business day to qualify for same-day dispatch.
2. Applicable time zone
The cut-off time is based on the local time zone of the warehouse fulfilling your order (Dallas).
3. Business days definition
A “business day” refers to any day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday in the state or territory where the fulfilling warehouse is located.
4. Dispatch commitment
Eligible orders will be picked, packed, and made available for carrier collection by the close of business on the same business day the order is received (provided it meets the cut-off time).
5. Payment & order approval
Orders must be fully paid and cleared, with no outstanding fraud checks or verification requirements, prior to the cut-off time to qualify.
6. Stock availability
Same-day dispatch applies only to items that are in stock and available at the allocated warehouse at the time of order processing.
7. Order accuracy
Orders containing address errors, incomplete details, or special handling requirements may be excluded from the guarantee if they delay processing.
8. Peak periods & operational delays
During peak sales periods, promotional events, or unforeseen operational disruptions, same-day dispatch may not be guaranteed.
9. Carrier collection limitations
Dispatch timing is subject to carrier collection schedules. Once an order is handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control.
10. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, industrial action, or transport network disruptions.
11. Order changes & cancellations
Orders that are amended after placement may not qualify for same-day dispatch if the change impacts processing time.
Estimated delivery times
Standard shipping: 2 – 5 business days
Express shipping: 1 – 2 business days
Our U.S. warehouse, located in Dallas, Texas, operates on business days only. Orders placed before 11:30am (Central Standard Time) on a business day will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following business day.
Please note that our transport partners only operate on business days between 7am – 7pm (Central Standard Time) and do not operate on weekends or public holidays.
*For consumers based in Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico, please allow additional time for your order to arrive.

A. While we’re unable to accept returns, we know that every baby is unique and what works beautifully for one, may not work for another.
If you’re feeling unsure whether LittleOak is the right fit for your little one, our Care Team is here to support you. With experience guiding thousands of families through smooth and successful transitions — and backgrounds in nursing, feeding and nutrition — they are well equipped to help assess what may be normal transition symptoms and provide personalised, reassuring guidance every step of the way.
They can help you understand whether your baby is experiencing normal transition symptoms or if LittleOak might not be suitable.
Where our Care Team determines that LittleOak may not be the right fit for your little one, our “Not Fit for Bub” policy provides a refund for your first order, limited to one formula tin or up to four boxes of sachets.
To access this support, simply contact our CareTeam within 30 days of placing your order, and we will be happy to review your request and assist you through the process.
Our priority is always your baby’s comfort and wellbeing, and our Care Team is here to help guide you if you are unsure whether LittleOak is suitable for your little one.
Refund value is limited to:
- The cost of one LittleOak tin in your region, or
- The cost of up to four boxes of sachets in your region.
- Applies to the first order.
A. If you notice you’ve made a mistake when placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to help, and if we can catch the order within the first hour, we may be able to make the necessary changes. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to provide refunds or replacements.
