Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can. Log in to your account online and choose from a range of options when you view My Subscriptions. Here, you have the option to cancel or change your subscription up to 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment. If you need to cancel your subscription before the second shipment, contact us at:

What if I want to try a different product?

You can update your subscription online up to 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment. Log in to your account, and navigate to the My Subscriptions section to add a new product.

Can I skip a shipment if I don't need it?

Absolutely. Your subscription schedule is flexible and can be updated up to 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment. You can skip a shipment within the My Subscriptions section of your online account. If you need more formula before your next scheduled shipment, you can arrange that too.

How often can I schedule my orders?

You have plenty of flexibility. You can schedule your reoccurring order to arrive every week, fortnight, or month. It’s really up to you and your baby’s feeding needs.

Will my subscription end automatically, or do I have to cancel it?

Subscriptions do not have an automatic end date. We want you to be in complete control of your subscription because you know your baby’s feeding needs better than anyone. When it’s time to end the subscription, log in to your account and cancel within 24 hours of your next scheduled shipment.

What if I didn't receive my subscription?

Why is my product not available for subscription?

Shortly after we launch subscriptions, we have plans to expand the offer across all of our products and regions. Stay tuned!

How will I be charged for my subscription?

The price of your first subscription order will be confirmed when you enrol, and you’ll be charged once you accept.

After your first order, we’ll confirm your next order a day before it’s scheduled to ship. You’ll be charged for your subscription once the items ship.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal®, Apple Pay and Google Pay. A valid form of payment will be required at the time of the order. Your chosen form of payment will be used on subsequent subscription orders. You may update your payment information online up to 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment.

What kind of communications will I receive?

We’ll keep you updated on the status of your subscription through email. You’ll receive a notification and a confirmation number as soon your order has shipped.

Can I combine other discounts in my cart?

Yes. However the offer will only apply to the products the discount is associated with in the cart.
